The California Smokers’ Helpline (1-800-NO-BUTTS) is a free statewide quit smoking service operated by the University of California, San Diego’s Cancer Center. 1-800-NO-BUTTS offers self-help materials, referral to local programs and one-on-one, confidential assistance to help quit smoking. Professionals will help you make a plan to quit that will double your chances of being successful.
